As a Business Continuity Coordinator, you’ll be part of the overall IT Risk and Compliance team. You will develop, maintain, and implement business continuity strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analyses, and documentation of business continuity procedures. You will develop relationships across business and technical teams, maintain business continuity certifications, and coordinate exercises to test resiliency. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement, and evaluate business continuity and crisis management strategies, plans, and procedures. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for critical infrastructure and systems. Coordinate across departments and teams to develop and deliver tabletop exercise scenarios; obtain required approvals of outcome reports for exercises. Conduct business impact analysis (BIA) assessments and maintain inventory of critical systems. Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses for critical vendors and dependencies. Develop executive level presentations. Maintain policies related to business continuity and disaster recovery. Manage projects related to business continuity and disaster recovery. Maintain company certifications related to business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis communications. Actively seek to expand individual skills through research, training, and collaboration with peers. Perform additional duties and assignments as requested.
